Calisthenics introduces the world of dance to girls and boys from 3 years of age, offering them the opportunity to experience a variety of dance forms including ballet, jazz, gymnastics, physie, folk dance and singing all in one activity.

Teams and soloists perform and compete in up to 4 competitions each year, where they wear up to 7 different costumes, full stage makeup and elaborate hair pieces.

Dowling Calisthenics Academy is an affiliated member of the New South Wales Calisthenic Association Incorporated.
